Our Fee Structure for town planning services will depend on the nature and complexity of your project.
For all planning projects we will provide you with a written fee estimate for the work to be undertaken and an hourly rate for any additional tasks that may arise in the course of the project. Any work outside the written fee estimate will not be undertaken without the client (you) authorizing that work.
